Which is the best plan in BSNL?
State-owned telecom company BSNL has launched a new prepaid plan at Rs 108 for its users. The plan offers unlimited calling, SMS and data benefits but there's a catch. This plan is not available in all circles of BSNL. The company is offering this plan only in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles.

So what does the BSNL prepaid Rs 108 plan offer? You get 1GB of daily data under the plan. Once the limit is exhausted the internet speed will be throttled to 80Kbps. Next, there is calling benefit but this too comes with a catch. BSNL says that the calling is unlimited but like all other BSNL plans this to comes with a capping of 250 minutes a day. Once the calling limit is reached the company will start charging users as per the base tariff. BSNL with this plan is also allowing free calls to MTNL networks in Delhi and Mumbai.

BSNL Rs 1,188 long term plan: This plan is valid for 365 days and offers 5GB data bundled. This 5GB is for the entire duration and not per day. Further, you get free calls to any network but again just like the other BSNL plans, the company has limited these free calls to 250 minutes of calling in a day after which the calls will be charged as per the base tariff. You also get 1200 SMSes for the entire duration of this plan.

BSNL has been quite aggressive with its plan lately. The company recently also revamped six of its prepaid plans to offer extra data for same old prices. These plans are Rs 349, Rs 399, Rs 447, Rs 485, Rs 666 and Rs 1,699. Users will get 1.5GB extra data with these plans on top of the existing data benefit.

BSNL last month also launched a Rs 234 pan but for Kerala circle only. It comes with a validity of 30 days with a total data benefit of 90GB for the duration of 30 days with no capping on daily data usage. Further, it has free calling benefits which again is capped at 250 minutes a day after which the user will be charged as per the base tariff.
What is BSNL 36 plan?
In some circles, for extension of BSNL prepaid per second plan, an amount of Rs 36 can be used.
What is the price of BSNL validity recharge?
BSNL has been actively revising its recharge plans to attract more consumers over the course of the last few months. The state-led telecom operator has been trying its best to attract new subscribers to its network in a bid to gain more footprint in the market. The operator recently updates a host of prepaid recharge plans and in a follow up to that, the company has revised two additional prepaid recharge plans under Rs 200.

The latest prepaid plans that have got revisions include the Rs 47 plan and the Rs 198 plan. The first plan that costs Rs 47 offers unlimited local and STD calls. The plan is valid only for a period of 9 days, which is two days shorter than the previous validity of 11 days. However, the plan offers 1GB of data for use in 2G and 3G networks.

The other plan retails for Rs 198 and also offers enhanced benefits compared to the previous iteration. This plan initially used to offer a validity of 28 days and an overall data allotment of 1.5GB per day. After the revision, the validity has been increased to a period of 54 days. Also, the data allotment has been increased to a period of 2GB per day.

Earlier, BSNL announced two new recharge packs for IPL fans during this year's IPL season. The first recharge pack costs Rs 199 and offers a validity of 28 days. With this plan, subscribers will be entitled to unlimited local, STD and roaming calls along with 100 SMSes per day. The plan also offers 1GB of data per day for the entire period of its validity. Compared to this, the Rs 198 plan now makes more sense for subscribers.
Is BSNL 429 plan available?
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a new Bonus Data offer worth Rs 429 wherein the users of the prepaid plan will get additional data for a limited time. The state-owned telecom major is now offering additional data benefit of 1.5GB over and above the 1GB data per day. The subscriber will get a total data benefit of 2.5GB per day as part of the offer.

BSNL has said that it will be offering 1.5GB additional data just this month and from November, it will change the offer and add only 1GB additional data. The new offer will provide 1.5GB of additional data per day for October. The plan will offer 1GB of additional daily data in November, according to a report by Telecom Talk.

The new Rs 429 offer is inspired from BSNL's existing Bumper Offer which has been available for a while now. The Bumper Offer, in comparison, provides 2.2GB of additional data on selected prepaid plans. Other than the additional data, the Rs 429 BSNL recharge plan offers unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS messages per day.

The Bonus Data plan of BSNL isn't the only plan that offers additional data. BSNL recharge plans priced at Rs 349, Rs 399, and Rs 448 also offer 1.5GB additional data. BSNL's Bumper Data offer ended at the start of October. BSNL is planning to come up with new Bonus Data offer every month to minimise churn.
